We use the relevant identity and technical information supplied with this booking to check active event restrictions. We normally inspect it only and do not retain a copy or document number for event admission.

I understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event site. I understand that participation requires a signed participation waiver and risk acknowledgement. If the player is under 18, their parent or legal guardian must sign it, remain on site and retain responsibility for supervising them throughout the event.
